I wanted to completely scrap my old bike I wanted to completely scrap my old bike

I wanted to completely scrap my old bike and gave it to a person claiming to be a scrap dealer. This was an year ago. Instead, it looks like he sold it to someone else as challans are still coming up on my bike. I don't have the contact details of the person. How should I proceed if I want the bike to be either blacklisted or destroyed completely ?

A.Dear Sir,
You may approach the concerned RTO and tell the same or lodge a complaint with them. You should have rounded off the registered number with the RTO before that vehicle to be treated as scraped one.

A.A certified scrap dealer has his own certified license for scrapping vehicles and after the scrapping of the said vehicle, the scrap dealer provides a scrap certificate to you in respect of the vehicle given by you for scrapping. If you don't have that scrapping certificate then kindly lodge a complaint against such scrap dealer before the local police station and also intimate the same to your local RTO where the bike was registered.
