Old bike being used by someone else Old bike being used by someone else

Over an year ago, I wanted to scrap my old bike and gave it to a person who claimed to be a scrap dealer. I was in a hurry and just trusted the person to do it. Instead of scrapping, he appears to have sold it to someone else as challans are still coming up in my name. I want the bike to be either seized or completely destroyed to avoid any future possible problems. I don't have the contact details of the person as it was an year ago. What should I do?

A.Dear Client!

File a police complaint against the alleged dcrap dealer and unknow persons for theft.

This would help you to avoid any criminal liability in future. Else you would be held liable under the Motor Vehicles Act

A.You should approach the local police station and inform them about all the incidents and then seek their legal help for your own safety. For further legal assistance you may seek the help of an advocate also for sending legal letter etc.
