I'm applying the loan but not received the amount but he guys forcing me pay to money

A.Kindly get updated your bank account statement and then send a legal letter to the concerned bank with the help of a lawyer intimating the whole incident. Furthermore, if the guys still insist on forcing you for paying the money then kindly lodge a complaint against them before the local police station for such harassment and trouble.

The bank can provide you the loan. Which guy are you speaking about, if its an agent from the bank, you can directly approach the bank.
If the person is someone outside the bank lodge a complain against him in your local police station.
