I want to know that which department grants homoeopathic drug retail and wholesale license in punjab.
When I contacted punjab pharmacy council there answer was
"In this regard it is stated that information do not relates with Punjab State Pharmacy Council & information in this regard can be obtained from the concerned department"

A.Dear Sir,
first get basic license to run a shop from local authority like gram panchayat or Municipality. Then the concerned authorities approach u to take license from their department to run such drug retail shop

A.Hello Client,
There are three types of Drug Licenses, one is Retail Drug License which is issued to a firm to run a chemist shop, the second one is a Wholesale Drug License which is issued to a firm who wants to sell drugs on a wholesale level, and the third one is Drug Manufacturing License which is issued to manufacture of drugs as per the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945.
There is a specific link https://evesoj.wbhealth.gov.in/WBDL which needs to be clicked and after
creating a login ID and password, a portal registration confirmation will be sent to the applicant.
this is how you can apply online.
