Recently someone threatened me of sharing my private videos to my family I paid him 8000 already and he asked for more 5000 so I blocked him and filed an online complaint.What should I do now?

Firstly let me tell you these cyber criminals try to get money in this way only and secondly Change your phone number immediately.
And deactivate from Social media platforms and do not share any personal info anywhere.

How is the concerned person related to you? You shouldn't have paid the amount to such wrong doer. Lodge a complain against them in the cyber department. Dont be scared, this is what these cyber criminals want. They take advantage of your fear and threaten you.

Yes ma'am I have filed the complain on the cyber cell website, should I keep ignoring the scammers if they try to contact me again?

Yes absolutely.
If still they still harass a lot, immediately seek help from the police station.

U have to approach police and lodge a complaint in person. India is not so advanced to act upon your online complaints. u have to narrate ur story and produce necessary documents to take action against such guy.

You must lodge an FIR at your local police station and provide details regarding him to the police if you know, so that the police would be able to take proper necessary action against him.

A.You should file a cyber complaint before the concerned cyber cell of your jurisdiction against such person who is blackmailing you ... You should intimate every thing along with the money transaction receipts to the concerned cyber cell so that they immediately lodge a complaint against such culprit and take necessary action. You should not pay any further money to such wrong doer. For further legal action, kindly approach an advocate.
