Abusive Parents Abusive Parents

I can't live with my parents, they are abusive in nature, physically and verbally. I am in third year now,I have my 1 last year ,I need allowance for that, after that let's hope , I will be able to take care of myself. Is there any law that will make them give me monthly allowance and also not physically abuse me and force me into doing things that they want me to ?

A.Hi client,
For the abuse part you can first try to resolve it by contacting any relative or family friends. If that does not work then lodge a complain in your local police station.
No your parents are no more liable to give you allowance once you have attained the age of majority plus you are not a lunatic or insane person.
Thanks and Regards

A.Hello Client,

You may lodge a complaint against them at your local police station if without any reason your parents are abusing you physically.

Since you are not a minor anymore, there is no legal way make your parents legally bound to support you. Parents do things for their children out of love. Try to win their love.

Thanks & Regards

A.If you have attained the majority age or eligible or have the capability to earn your own earning then you cannot claim any maintenance from your aged parents under the law of the country. But your parents do not have the right to abuse you either physically or mentally and if they continue then you can lodge a complaint against them for your own safety.
