I am 15 years old and I live in India but I was born in the us , I shifted from the us to India when I was 9 years old . I live and study in India but I wanted to know that can I participate in international sporting events under the flag and name of India while me being of Indian origin

Assuming that,you are currently living in India means you have the citizenship of India too. Your document like aadhar card is enough to prove the said. Moreover , you can always approach the authority for the same. A declration can also be made by you, in case if any problem arises.
