Sir, Is an ex-serviceman eligible for another central government service, if he resigned during probation period, (only there months of service).

Yes, why not you must remember once an employee resigns from his job and his resignation is accepted, then the relationship between that employee and such government sector comes to an end. Thus he/she has no right or rejoin but it definitely depends on the terms and conditions of both jobs.
