Is it legal to sell copies of branded perfumes with a different name. We will not be using the original brand name or logo but it has the same fragrance.

A.Fragrance is a natural thing if it has not been invented specifically by someone.You must not use the name, logo or any reference of any other company as those things are copyrighted. Other than that u can free to operate ur business accordingly. For any further queries u can contact me.
