Consumer court ammendment petition

Dear sir/madam, I have existing case in consumer court. But the problem is at the time of case filing I mentioned my last name only instead of full name so we now tried to submit ammendment petition to the court but court was rejected to accept because they asking you have to mention valid reason without mentioning reason so how to you give ammendment petition for just name correction. But, the reality due to my careless and fault so I put only last name in the time of filing but this careless reason court won't accept so what I can do?. Thanks
You need to submit an amendment application in which you have to give reasons as to why you are doing so. Additionally, you need to submit documents that will prove your name is not the issue.

You have to go an appeal or file another amendment application giving proper reasons saying that you are called by last name and you have produced supporting documents as such there is no issue in respect of name. It is only a clerical mistake and it cannot be disputed by the other side also since you are not impersonating anybody.

Thanks sir for your time and valuable reply. Actually, my all supporting documents are mentioned only full name but in the main case filed petition ( at the time of filing ) I mentioned only last name. But, the problem is my lawyer was worried to proceed with my last name in affidavit which is i mentioned in the main petition ( last name ). Because my lawyer asking me some questions if we continue with last name in affidavit so how we get judgement or settlement from the opposite company. Because your all supporting documents only mentioned full name and middle name so judge will confuse for the same at the time of order inquiry so I will give ammendment petition for this to change full name in the main petition so my lawyer given ammendment petition with mentioning that we want to change the main petition to full name but the judge said how you giving the ammendment petition without valid reasons and also judge said you won't mention it's advocate mistake or petitioner mistake so you have to give with proper reasons. So my lawyer also don't know which reasons we can give. So Now we also totally confused and mixed condition for the next steps
