Can I send notice to electricity department for asking of record of my 9 year old electricity connection

9 year ago electricity department given us a wrong bill of more than ₹1,50,000 and after settlement and with their permission we change our connection and they are asking 9 year back amount now, what should we do?
A.Dear Client
You can write an application to the officer of Electricity Board of your jurisdiction it cannot be guaranteed that you get record of last 9 years but for some specific duration they may provide it to you.
