Sir my bank is co operative Bank in etawah Uttar Pradesh...the board had decided to stop annual increment and bonus of employees whose branch are in loss, but branches who are in profit they will get there annual increment and bonus....what to do

A.Dear Client!

Such discremination is not allowed. Employees can challange such resolutions.

You need to appoint an Advocate who can represent you and other employees who are affected and serve legal notice to the management of your bank.

Still if your branch is suffering losses then also you are entitled to minimum bonus and increment.
