A.Firstly go in your nearest police station and tell your problem if they take action then ok if not then You should hires a lawyer and raise a complain case against him and filed in your court jurisdiction

A.Dear Client!

Under the limitatiin Act, you should havevteken legal action within 3 years from the date of default.

It depends if you have any written agreement or not or any strict proof of transaction like cheque other wise if you gave on trust then you will not able to get your money back.
