Query related to Trademark/patent/copyright
1 year ago
Hi Team,
I would like to ask that I'm planning to start a online blog, named www.whatsapply.com which will be around WhatsApp marketing. So, I would like to ask whether I'm breaching any law if I use this name wrt to global instant messaging app, i.e. WhatsApp.
What legal repercussions I can likely to face in the future, if any. Pls suggest.
A.Dear Client
Yes it is infringement of the WhatsApp's trademark it may lead to heavy fines and penalties because this name of site is misleading.
Hope it helps.
