Job Bond/contract
I worked for a Private company , It had a Bond of 3 yrs, if I leave early i have to pay 1 year of liquid damages. And the Joining letter says I can leave during training period(first year) by paying 1 month of salary. After working for 2.5 months(training period) I left the job. Now the company is asking me to pay 1 year of liquid damages as I have signed a 3yr bond.
Please tell if this type of bond is legal, because they haven't mentioned any amount and just said you need to pay 1 year of liquid damages(but I served only for 2.5 months)
A.Dear Client!
Such bonds are against the fair employment and cannot be legally enforceable.
You need to take the assistance of an Advocate to counter it.

A.Dear Client
You can write an application to company senior officials regarding this after that if they still ask you or harass you then you can send legal notice through an Advocate,
Hope it helps.
