I went to datta bhel and asked for 3 bhel parcel 90rs was the amount,I was paying him via UPI but my mobile got switched off as my battery was low. It was just 2 minutes i ordered he refused to cancel the order and ihe said I have a charger then he took my mobile from my hand and plugged in the charger it was not charging the phone so I said it's ok cancel the order he refused and took my mobile in his possession and said bring money first then I'll give you your mobile I said you can't do this misbehaviour he said no and spoke harshly to me then I told check if the mobile is charging or not then mobile was getting charged then i paid the amount and came. What should I do? Can I lodge a complaint?This wasn't fair

A.Hello Client,
Due to the misbehaviour of the shopkeeper, you can file a case against him in the consumer court. hope this helps.

A.Hi client,
There are certain policies especially for the food industry that once you order the food you cannot cancel it but the way the shopkeeper has behaved with you, was not fair.
As for legal actions a general diary and an FIR lodging would be tough as there are no solid grounds for the said.
Still if you want to proceed you can file a case in the Consumer Forum.
