tenant is refuses to pay for using parking for a month after leaving property
1 year ago
Hi, my tenant is refusing to pay money (which we are deducting from security money) for using parking space for a month after leaving the property and also refuses to pay for blacking out a room (we repainted the flat, but we are asking money for only that room). And She is saying that she will disturb our current tenant if we do not give her all security money back without deducting anything and threating to destroy door and break windows too. What should we do?
A.Hello Client,
You need to consult an advocate and send her a legal notice cautioning her about the actions and their repercussions and also asking for the payment due and taking her vehicle out of the parking space. If she does not relent, kindly take your advocate's opinion on the same. Hope this helps.
