Non payment of EMI of personal loan.

I took a personal loan which now I am not able to pay the EMI of it for last 3 months. What action can the bank take against me?

A.Dear client kindly go and visit your bank authority for your issue.they will be help you to issue some more period for instalment.

A.dear sir, you have not mentioned the fact whether the bank has any thing in security,if any will be attached. For details contact some advocate through vidhikarya.com

As I understand Bank is not a Charity.
Banks are commercial organisations and earning profit is one of the objectives of the Banks.
I presume you must have an agreement/contract with the bank and you will be governed by that.Please go through the copy which you must retained and act accordingly.Nothing more or nothing less.Action will be taken as per the law.
