Case vs Banking job

Sir currently im preparing for banking exams.I am confident that i will get selected sooner.But I have case filed against me which will come in my way to get a government job.Obviously emoloyer do a background checkup and they also want us to fill case related details if any.Will it be good to mention your case details ? As after mentioning they will end up cancelling my selection because anyone who has case pending on them cannot apply for job is it right ? What must be my way forward sir.

A.Dear client kindly file 482 CRPC Petition before High Court and get it quashed. Kindly go through any experienced local lawyer for filing case.

Step 1. File a writ Petition in the High Court to finish your Case in limited Time Frame.
Step 2. Tell the truth while filling up he form reg Case related information .
A lot depends on the type of case .
