Sir iam selling property of my mom who just passed away .but I had brother who has adopted but there no document . But to sell the property I need his sign or documents off adaption what is the solution to this case

If there are no prove of your brother as an adopted son, then why do you need to worry? If your brother cannot prove himself as an adopted son, you can proceed with your work.
