I have sold my car 12 months back ..3 months before after checking online I came to know that it's still on my name with no insurance...I call buyer he gave different excuses I followed up for 3 month but still he is giving excuses I have also renewed the insurance for my safer side...I have buyi sell agreement on 100 Stamp paper with aadhaar pancard but I forget to take delivery note...what should I do now to safe guard myself from future difficulty

You can file a written police compliant to the local police station it would be better to take help of an Advocate.
