Dear Sir/Mam, i want to know a person can be appointed as secretary in more than 1 trusts is it legal. and is their any condition that a person can be in position in only one trust?

Yes, you can become trustee of more than two Trusts without any objection unless it is not the clause of the either of the Trust deed.
