A.Hello Client,

If there is no agreement or joining letter in which there is mention of serving notice period then you are not liable to stay or serve the same. the company can not make you stay. though you need to check all the documents properly.

Thanks & Regards

A.While joining the said company if there was nothing mentioned in your offer letter or joining letter regarding serving notice period then you are free to resign from the said company immediately but if there was mentioned regarding the same then you have to serve the notice period otherwise you may need to pay the penalty as per their statutory guidelines.

A.Hi client,

If you do not have any sort of agreement with the company then you do not need to worry. But if you leave the job, you won't be receiving any experience certificate from them.

Thanks and Regards
