Advice to solve the situation

My wife is 31, going through a extra marital relationship with her colleague, he has child 4yrs old and family person.
Last 3months they are in a relationship and it is going to be worst and worst day by day.
Wife getting cranky and agitated if I asked anything about that person. Multiple times they had physically intimated.
My wife lost her mother 2yrs back and we are assuming she is going through a depression and anxiety, somehow his partner supports her in between and they got emotionally attached.
In current situation I saw multiple suicide attempt had taken by my wife may be due to her relationship, now how can I support her to get out from this or how can I help myself to getting my self out from this relationship.
It would be better for you to consult phycologist this is your social problems and if you want to solve it personally then you need phychological therapy.

Since your wife is emotionally and physically attached with her colleague. It would be difficult for you and her to live along normally.
You need to put this thought before your wife so that you can live your life normally by taking Divorce with mutual consent.
