My wife has filed 498 a Fir against me and my parents. Police has removed my parents name. Chargesheet is filed. Now 498 a case is in appearance stage in megistrate court dehradun. I have taken regular bail. But my wife filed case in district court u/s 374 against state govt and me and my family. What does it mean
