A.Dear Sir,
If you go legally by filing eviction suit it may take few years. Please be in good books with the tenant and offer him necessary time to vacate and hand over in the presence of either police or your common friends.

Dear sir

How do we handle case when tenant are not complying with rental agreement.
Why as a landlord, we have to be in good books with tenant. It is my property and as long as i go by rental agreement, i think i am doing the right thing.

It is very unfortunate that our legal system takes so long for such simple things.

Thanks
Mukul

Hi Madam

Thanks for the response. I am not sure - Why do i have to wait for " tenancy end"?

As per our rental agreement, any part can give a 1-month notice to terminate the lease. I have done the same.
The current agreement will expire 28'th Feb 2023, and i have given notice on 8th Jan 2023. As per rental agreement, they should vacate 1 month after 8th Jan 2023 which is 8'th Feb 2023.

Thanks

Hi client,

In order to send a legal notice , it is advisable to wait for one month, so that you get a more stronger ground to include in your points of the legal notice.

Thanks and Regards
