Land dispute - grandfather gifted his land self acquired property
1 year ago
My grandfather gifted his land self acquired property to my father on year of 2004. Then my grand father died on year of 2017 . Then my father's sister (Aunty) filed partition suit in the court. My aunty any chance to get this property share in this case.
A.Dear Sir,
There is no chances of your aunty getting success in the said case because it was purely self acquired property of your grandfather who has every liberty to gift his property accordingly gifted in favour of your father. Only condition is that your father must prove the Gift Deed.
