A.Dear Sir,
There are several provisions under Cr.P.C, DV Act where the victim may approach the Police or directly to the Magistrate Court and give torture to her mother-in-law and her husband by filing multiple cases against them.

A.Hi client,
First of all bring them at a safe place. Lodge a case on 498A before the local police station, file a case of divorce and maintenance. Contact an advocate immediately.
