Sir my sister daughter is being harassed mental and physical by her mother in law and husband.
A.Dear Sir,
There are several provisions under Cr.P.C, DV Act where the victim may approach the Police or directly to the Magistrate Court and give torture to her mother-in-law and her husband by filing multiple cases against them.

A.Hi client,
First of all bring them at a safe place. Lodge a case on 498A before the local police station, file a case of divorce and maintenance. Contact an advocate immediately.
Thanks and Regards
