Fire noc for booked property

A building having illegal structure and booked by MCD under section 343,344 . Can it get Fire noc from Fire department for running restaurant?
A.Dear Sir,
It depends upon the circulars issued by concerned fire department. If it is high raise building then one has to follow several conditions before getting license to run a restaurant.

The department does proper inspection for such NOC. There are a huge requirement for such decision by the department. Once the officer comes in for verification and finds a dispute, a denial will be made.
