Wife filing false FIR U/S 448, 504, 506

My wife (Hindu Marriage) already filled false 498a in the past 1.5 years (36 months) back. She also filed dv and maintenance separately. Recently she is trying to harass me more by filing false FIR U/S 448, 504, 506. This is blatant misuse of power being a woman because I have no idea where she is staying in Bangalore. Can someone please suggest me what can I do currently to protect myself as the police is sending me notice in WhatsApp. Im scared now about my job and future because being a man I dont have any laws or remedy to protect me. Im in a very worse situation someone please suggest me how to protect from this false FIR and allegations in future.
