Hi,
I have worked less than a month in a company and have to left the company due to personnel reasons without serving notice period and not taking any first month salary. After a month I got a recovery letter from HR of an unrealistic amount mentioning "if not paid have to face legal actions". How could I get out from this situation.

Company cannot recover unexpected amount from employee. You can fill a police complaint for this.
Hope it helps.

What kind of compliant I should ask for when I visit any police station. Is there is any online form for complaint?
