My father is 72 yrs old, hes trying to sell our house without informing his wife ,son & daughter.hes saying ,wife & children have no rights for his property. Pls give advice

A.Hi Client,
If the property is in his name he has all the right to sell the same. However, he has to take care of his wife and son if( he falls under the dependent category). You cannot stop him from selling his property but after he expires, your mother shall have all the rights. For now, if he is not paying for your mother's sustenance, your mother can claim the same by filing a case on maintenance.
