Succession Certificate & Next Of Kin Succession Certificate & Next Of Kin

My father passed away recently without a will. We are two daughters and our mom. If we apply for Next of Kin and 3 of us want to have the property in our name together ,will the succession certificate be same as Next of Kin? Or can we have next to kin for the property in our names and succession certificate in single person's name?

A.Hi client,

You have to apply for a legal heir certificate before the first class judicial magistrate. Then also for Succession Certificate. Any one person can declare the same where others will not give any objection and sign the same.
Your mother , you and your sister's name will e included in such certificate, drafted by an advocate. After receiving such certificate you can use it to transfer the property in your name.

Thank and Regards
Simi Paul

A.Hello Client,

Succession certificate would be best for your family since succession certificate would be one document which you will need for any property and banks. also, you will be able to make one certificate for the three of you. which will declare that three of you are the only legal heir and successors of your father.

Thanks & Regards
