If Anticipatory bail hearing delayed (3 months) due to APP or police not submitted Investigation status at High court, as directed by High court Judge. After 3 hearing, we are waiting for the next hearing which is found delayed due to no report submitted by police. No charge sheet filed till now - delay of 1 year 3 months, as the case is false SCST case.Nobody in custody. What is the remedy to initiate the hearing at high court in this case where Judgement delayed due to CD report.

A.Dear Sir,
You may comply to the Commissioner of Police against the conduct of lower rank police officers and in the meanwhile get the case on board and submit the same before the Hon’ble High Court Judge to give a warning to the prosecution to produce CD report immediately.
