I had wife email access in my wife mobile which was given to use, I used it to close our joint account, I am going to divorce now, if she files a case , what charges I will get , in the account I had only my money and he took my fixed deposit in my name and made new fd in her name without my permission,in that time I did it with hurry , please advice
