My brother took personal loan from yes bank and HDFC bank and some money loan apps for finance and i took entire money and invested in stocks and intitally profits came and later one fine day complete capital amount becomes zero and entire amount i lost in stocks trading .i don't have job and i took amount from my brother and did trading and i got loss and lost entire money in trading, now I'm doing delivery job and all the emis are in due and all are attacking my brother ..he is not responsible for this and I'm responsible for amount and we are in a situation of not able to pay amount and working as a delivery boy for living now we don't have anyone to take care .and now huge rush by agents from bank are coming to home and argument vulgarly and blaming and demanding to pay money .but we are in a situation of no money what can we do for this .
You can file a written complaint to the nearest police station of your local jurisdiction. Banks cannot harass you for the payment. They can do recover money as per law.
