I work as a special educator in a autism centre. I get an termination letter from the centre and the reason is say that I breach the code of conduct... (I take home tution for the autistic child after our duty time (working hours) , HR knew that I take class outside and they said you breach the code of conduct and sent termination letter..). Is this is valid reason for the termination... .

if i terminated from the centre did I get experience certificate ( my bound was expire only in next month)

It depends upon the company. However, some companies do issue the experience letter, but some prefer to acknowledge it as a service letter.
