I have decree from Delhi court in case of suit of recovery. The judgement debtor reside in Ghaziabad. Can execution petition may be filed in Delhi court despite of fact that debtor reside beyond jurisdiction of Delhi court

A.Dearclient there is no jurisdiction indelhi of the above case.. For details, plcontact some advocate through vidhikarya.com

A.Dear client If you filed in Delhi court then it will be transferred to Ghaziabad Court.

A.You must file execution petition in the Delhi Court praying the court to transfer the decree and mode of execution in the transferee court that is Ghaziabad Court. Then Delhi Court will transfer the Decree to Ghaziabad Court and you can engage an expert civil advocate at Ghaziabad Court and file Execution petition praying the court to execute the transferred decree with prayer of mode of execution.

A.File EP at Delhi then it can be transferred to debtor jurisdiction.

A.Dear Client,
First bring it to the notice of the Judiciary.
File your Petition in the Territorial Jurisdiction of the Hon'ble Court.
According to you, the problem will arise and at that point of time bring it to the notice
of the appropriate judicial authorities.Follow the procedure.
Do not jump the steps.
