Car parking space - rent Car parking space - rent

We bought a flat in Apartment, included one covered car parking.But, builder didnt mark any slots asked us to share the parking areas among 6 flats.
Some flats owners rents the parking area to others/ outsiders. Can I rent my parking area to outsider.As per law it is correct or not.Builder has any rights to ask us
do not giving it for rent.

whatever happens in an apartment is allowed under the rules made by the apartment owner association and if association allows then you can very well rent your parking space.

You can write a formal complaint to the Resident Welfare Association if after that nothing changed then you can file a written compliant to the police station of your local jurisdiction.
