9 year ago electricity department given us a wrong bill of more than 150000 and after settlement and with their permission we change our connection and they are asking 9 year back amount now, what should we do?

If that bill is incorrect then you can challenge that bill in the court of law and before doing that ask the board on the clarification that why a 9 years old bill is sent now.
