I have took money of 49k from one of my known person through online and and I've returned around 30k cash and 5k through online but now he's saying that I've given him only 5k and putting allegations on me stating that I've send money from his account to mine without his permission. He's humiliating me every now and then and he also locked my bike in my absence as I went to my hometown. Now he's using bad words and shouting infront of everyone.
Without letting me took my bike last night so can I file a police complaint against him. Kindly please help me with some solution so that i can deal with him.

A.Dear Client
You can file a written compliant in the police station of your local jurisdiction and it would be better if you take help of your local Advocate for framing police compliant.
Hope it helps.
