My wife filed 498A against me and now we have Reunited again, and cases are still pending, even now she threatens me with cases and she torturing me again what to do please help

A.Dear Client
If she files a false case under section 498a has been filed by his wife against him or his family members, you can file counter lawsuit under section 227 of the Indian Penal Code for violation of condition of remission of punishment.

A.Dear Sir,
Ask her to withdraw the same or go to High Court and get it quashing filing affidavit that you both are residing together.
