Hi My name is Ansh. I with my family in mumbai. Few months ago my dad signed an agreement for 36 months of rupees 24lks in his village. He gave 3 lks with 50k commision. After some time we get to know that the property in not there anymore in road side and is there back side. We demanded to return the money but they refused. Please guide us what should we do now... And we cannot take a live from our job so we are not getting time to go to village and only 3months are left to end agreement

A.Dear Sir,
U have to get issued a legal notice and claim refund of advance amount since it was happened due to misrepresentation of facts.
