How many times police sends notice to appear in police station under 41 a crpc?
A.Dear Client
As per section 41 CrPC Any police officer may without an order from a Magistrate and without a warrant if a person commits cognizable offence. Though there is no specified limit for notice. Once notice is served you need to appear before the said police officer.
Hope it helps.

A.Dear Sir,
It is not mandatory for the Police to send more than once the notice under sec.41(a) of Cr.PC. Be informed that you are at the mercy of Police and not vice-e- versa.
