We are having a land in Visakhapatnam which was purchased via a registered sale deed in 1954. Recently AP State Endowment department moved us to Endowment tribunal seeking that the land was theirs basing on "ANDHRA PRADESH CHARITABLE AND HINDU RELIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS
AND ENDOWMENTS ACT, 1987" which far recent year than 1952. Even in 2004 there was an will executed from our mother to us which is as well registered. Now our land/survey No. was added to Prohibited land list under 22A section. I request for an support or legal advice how to prove our land belongs us and we are rightful owners.
