Small Seller provision in law

I'm small retailer, the last three-four months, I was selling shoes online on Meesho. I have sold shoes worth 40 to 50 thousand. Fraud happened to me that I used to send original clean product from here. When this per product cost rs 600,2000-3200 when my RTO(return to origin) hand over to me that's completely different products used and dirty products as per there guidelines I did share opening box evidence clip it was continuously happen but they didn't take any action just copy paste resolution there word it that "have noticed that the ratio of claims against your returns has been significantly higher Due to this, we are unable to accept your request" It's obvious if the if I received RTO different I will raised complain, So what will be my next step and what's the seller provision in law.
Since you are a small retailer without valid licenses as such your rights are limited. As such u may change your mode of receiving goods by return.
