Sir, my mother has died before 18 year ago, my father is done second marriage.my father is teacher in a government school,I have one brother, we are now 22 to 21 years old , our all education upto the graduation is done by my mother's father( grandfather). We can get half salary of my father upto the pension or not? Please advice me!

A.Dear client Since you attend age of majority so you are not entitled to get any pension from your father.

A.Dear Client,
You can not claim your fathers salary/Pension.
Your Step Mother/Second Mother (if legally married) can claim Pension.
But you and your brothers can claim property.
Can a Father give his property to one son?i.e., the child of the second wife.
There is no such Bill. But father can will only his self acquired property to one family member. This will not applicable to inherited property i.e. in case of ancestral property, the ancestral property will be distributed equally amongst all the successors.
So, focus your attention for a good job and of course you have the right to property.

Sir, my father not taking care of us ! My grandfather means my mother's father is done all education uptil graduation ! But father is not spent untill even single rupees on our education and for living ! We are now also living in the house of grandfather from the death of my mother ! Please advice me what should I do now?
