Is my position legal if I occupy plot without north road
1 year ago
Hi Sir/Madam, Vendor(land lord) sold his land by dividing it into four plots, which all has east road(60feet). The plots are numbered from south, 1, 2, 3, and 4. As per saledeed my plot(no:3) has north(30feet) & east(60feet) road. As per my south neighbor plot(no:2) saledeed, there is no mention of north road in it and mention as vendor land. As per my North neighbor plot(no:4) saledeed, there is a mention of "proposed road(30 feet)" in the south. But on ground, there is no north side road to my plot that is no road between plot no 3&4. After few years, the landlord sold the backside(westside) land of these plots by separate layout - The layout is attached in those plots saledeeds. In those plots sale deed, this road(between plot no3 & 4) mentioned in the route map. This layout ha another approach road from 60ft road. If I take the position of my plot without the north road, then is it legal?
is there any chance of this new layout people go to court and claim the road. Thanks.
You have to place the records before the legal experts to give you exact legal opinion otherwise, u may be misled.
