Attestation form for government job

I am in 5th semester of diploma in engineering. I was caught in a ufm case in ESE exam of 5th semester and I was debarred from giving reexam.I gave exam in next odd semester with my juniors. Am i eligible for government job? What should I choose in attestation form?

You can appear after clearing the subject in which you were debarred and it will not make you unfit for Govt. job

yes you are entitled for Government Job, because any punishment including effect of substantial punishment ends 2 years from its effect.
