A Person has taken 30Lakh INR by cash from B person on 02/03/2015 but A person mentioned 37.5Lakh on notery (Government of india) here 24% / year intrest took but intrest not mentioned on notery also A person will have to give 37.5Lakh on 02/03/2016 if A person can not give 37.5Lakh his land will take B person. 02/03/2016 Again A person want to give more intrest to B person because land price as per government jantri cost is 65Lakh also B person created sale deed document on 28/03/2018 on land which land price mentioned 16Lakh here half payment mentioned 4lakh and half payment will give on 28/03/2019 in that time A person will give his land to B person but B person has not given 4lakh on 28/03/2019 because A person wants to give more intrest to B person. Again one notery created by B person he writes 109lakh given to A person on notery still date (28/08/2021) if A person will not do signature on notery B person will take his land by sale deed advantage here A person wants to give 90lakh with intrest on 02/03/2023.Actuall amount 30Lakh took by A person on 02/03/2015
You have to lodge complaint before different forums like Police department and licensing authority in respect of conduct of money lending business so that you can teach lesson to that finance company or individual person.

Sir, I agreed with your but I will complain for him. He will take my land using sale deed document also he is using this advantage. So what should do I? He had given 30lakh on 02/03/15 by cash also I am redy to give 80lakh on 02/03/2023 but he is refusing. What should do I?
